In continuation to the publication made in November 2013, three organisations submitted their tenders for the open tender procedure for the supply of hardware. The Tendering Board of the Law Office of the Republic has decided on 26 March 2014 to award the tender for the acquisition of the hardware to the company NETU Consultants Ltd, as suggested by the Evaluation Committee of MOKAS. NETU Consultants Ltd submitted the lowest offer from the three companies that participated in the tendering competition. One of the companies that did not succeed submitted a Hierarchical Recourse to the Tenders Review Authority for the aforementioned decision of the Tendering Board in April 2014. The decision of the Tenders Review Authority was issued on 31 July 2014, according to which the Hierarchical Recourse was rejected. Based on this, MOKAS and NETU Consultants Ltd signed a contract on 07 August 2014.
