An onsite visit to the United Office on Drugs and Crime Office in Vienna by Project Team Members and a person from the Information Technology Department of the Government which took place between 04-06/06/2013. The aim of this visit was to share with MOKAS their know-how in the area of IT Systems, in order to better understand how the needs of MOKAS in analysis and investigation procedures, mainly of IT level, could be satisfied by goAML and goCASE systems and the level of customization that these systems need in order to satisfy MOKAS needs
